Delivery man tried to kill two strangers

A Russian man who tried to kill two strangers in motiveless knife attacks has been jailed for life. Vladimir Rutkovskis, 50, attacked recruitment consultant Amable Altovkhova, 22, last March 22 when he made an appointment at his agency in Ealing to talk about a driving job.
