An assessor for Capita who was caught on camera joking about ‘the disability known as fat’ has apologised for being ‘big-headed and arrogant’. Alan Barham was caught making insulting remarks about a disability benefit applicant on Channel 4’s ‘Dispatches: The Great Benefits Row’, broadcast on 11 April 2016.
