Doctor ‘faked whiplash invoices’

A Harley Street doctor raked in thousands of pounds by faking invoices for treatment to patients suffering from whiplash after traffic accidents, a court heard. Dr Benjamin Chang, 57, systematically defrauded insurance companies by billing them for physiotherapy sessions which never took place, it is claimed.
