Dog left dying of thirst

A woman left her pet German Shepherd locked in a cage without water on a hot summer’s day, a court heard. Peronelle Clark, 37, kept the nine month-old dog in appalling conditions at her home on Courtney Crescent, Carshalton, Surrey.
