Downing Street beer bottle bomber is ‘deluded’

A former IT technician who left a ‘bomb’ consisting of eight bottles of Corona beer on Downing Street is delusional, a court heard today (wed). Toby Champeney, 57, planted the suspicious package near Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s official residence on April 21.
