Driver hit pedestrian on crossing

A pedestrian suffered a stroke after he was knocked down on a zebra crossing by a driver who tried to overtake two black cabs, a court heard. Arslan Dar, 31, drove his BMW into Christopher Locke on Wellington Road, St John’s Wood, northwest London on 20 January 2023.
