Driver who ran from police was charged with nicking the handcuffs

A pot puffing BMW driver who gave his brother’s name to police before running off in handcuffs was for a year today (tues). Mohin Ali, 26, was spotted swerving and undertaking other vehicles in his sibling’s grey motor as he made his way along Parnell Road in Bow, east London, last December 30.
