Driver who deliberately killed moped rider gets 22 years

A BMW driver who drove 67mph along a residential road to kill a man on a moped after they argued about money has been jailed for life. Kerrin Repman, 29, was riding along Marine Parade, Dovercourt, Essex, when he was struck from behind by Keith McCarthy’s car and thrown into the road.
