Drowned man was turned away from hospital

A mentally ill man drowned in the Thames hours after seeking treatment at a short-staffed hospital, an inquest heard. Dennis Ojede, 41, a diagnosed paranoid schizophrenic, was found dead in the early hours of the afternoon on August 9 this year.
