Drug dealer ‘bent his trial’

A drug dealer who chronicled his exploits in his book ‘Urban Smuggler’ is facing jail for conspiring to pervert the course of justice while standing trial. Andrew Pritchard, 49, was accused of involvement in the importation of 389 kilos of pure cocaine after cargos of the drug were intercepted at Tilbury Docks, Essex, in 2004. Customs officers seized the narcotic hidden inside a consignment of coconuts from Guyana, South America, and a second delivery of pineapples from Panama, central America….
