Drug dealer made deliveries on his e-scooter

A drug dealer who was caught delivering weed on his e-scooter has been spared jail. Isaiah Boating was found with eight large bags of skunk cannabis as he wheeled through Clarence Way estate, Kentish Town, north London on 28 October last year. The 20-year-old was watched by two plain-clothes officers pocketing a £20 note and handing over a bag to a woman at her front door in nearby Bradfield Court.
