Dealers made deliveries in their own black cab

A Liverpool drug dealer who was accused of supplying firearms to an Irish gang has been cleared after charges against him were dropped. Daniel McLoughlin, 37, was due to face trial on 30 September accused of providing firearms to Thomas ‘Bomber’ Kavanagh and his brother-in-law Liam Byrne, 43, leading members of Ireland’s Kinahan organised crime group.
