Conditional discharge for drunken cyclist who ploughed into police car

A TV presenter and semi-professional cyclist was so drunk he crashed into a police car, a court heard. Richard Cunynghame, 36, was told by police to pull over on the Kings Road, Chelsea, after he got into an argument with a taxi driver.
