Ex Labour mayor fined for dog rampage

A former Labour mayor has avoided jail after his ‘dangerously out control’ French bulldog attacked a woman outside his home. Philip Normal, 43, the former mayor of Lambeth, was charged after his pet Noah injured Princella Kusi in Walworth, southeast London. Ms Kusi suffered a ‘puncture wound on her right thigh’ during the incident in Amelia Street on 4 August 2024.
