Ex police watchdog boss Michael Lockwood ‘assaulted two teenagers’

The former head of Britain’s police watchdog raped a 14-year-old in a store cupboard while working as a lifeguard in the 1980s, a court heard. Michael Lockwood, 65, is said to have assaulted two 14-year-old girls at a leisure centre in Hull, east Yorkshire, between 1979 and 1986.
