Ex top cop cleared of notification charges

A woman who was on of Britain’s top female police officers left court ‘with no stain on her character’ as the latest charges against her were dropped. Supt Novlett Robyn Williams, 59, made a ‘serious error of judgment’ when she downloaded a clip involving a five year old girl which had been by her sister, social worker Jennifer Hodge.
