Father and son ‘attacked with plank’

A father and son were battered in their back garden by an intruder wielding a plank of wood spiked with of nails, a court heard. Todd Burvill, 29, is accused of attacking 60-year-old Sajjat Miah and son Samad Miah at their home in Coburg Street, near Euston Station, on the evening of January 21 this year.
