Father slit his son and baby daughter’s throats

A brother and sister had their throats slit by their own father, the inquest into their deaths heard. Pavinya Nithiyakumar, aged 19 months, and her and three-year-old brother Nigish Nithiyakumar died from knife wounds after the incident at their home in Aldborough Parade, Ilford, east London on April 26.
