A weapons enthusiast caught with a loaded pistol in Westminster had a message on his phone which read ‘No guns in the UK’ with a laughing emoji, a court heard. Anuphong Arbuckle, 25, was stopped and searched by police on August 9 last year in Greycoat Place, central London.
