‘Flasher in the Ritz’

A man has appeared in court charged with exposing himself in front of horrified guests at the world famous Ritz Hotel. Jason Handy, 48, is charged with intentionally ‘exposing his genitals intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress’ at the luxury hotel in Piccadilly. Handy, of no fixed address, made a brief appearance at Westminster Magistrates Court. He was bailed to appear at City of London Magistrates Court on 30 September.  …
