A greedy sausage and salami supplier who sold horsemeat as beef to be used in supermarket ready meals is facing jail. Andronicos Sideras, 55, was caught after equine microchips belonging to three horses were found inside equine-flesh-infused meat at a cold-store in Northern Ireland.
