Footie star in court over banking fraud

A former Premier League star appeared in court accused of involvement in a telephone banking fraud after a vulnerable woman was swindled out of more than £2,000. Nile Ranger, 25, was allegedly involved in a scam in which Diane Bloss was fleeced out of £2,090.23 in February last year.
