Cop David Carrick ‘repeatedly assaulted child’

A former Met Police officer has been charged with eight offences including five assaults on a child more than 30 years ago. David Carrick, 49, who served in the force’s Parliamentary and Diplomatic Protection Command, faces five counts of indecent assault, two of rape and one of sexual assault.
