German ‘quack’ will be extradited over fraud claims

A German doctor who claims to have found a cure for diabetes will be extradited to his native country to stand trial for fraudulently using the title ‘professor’ in emails. Ulrich Arnim, 60, has been jailed, rebuked and ridiculed over his claim to ‘have the key’ to the incurable disorder.
