GP claims ‘sex’ examinations were appropriate

A GP accused of assaulting 55 female patients over nine years at his surgery will deny all the charges against him, a court heard. Manish Shah, 47, allegedly carried out 118 of the offences between 2004 and 2013 at the Mawney Medical Centre in Romford, Essex.
