Handbag fraudster is at it again

A couple who operated a £250,000 VAT scam involving Chanel handbags are facing jail for another swindle. Behnaz Khoram-Scotts, 51, and husband Emmanuel Scotts, 53, both admitted bank fraud charges, dating between 28 February 2017 and 17 October 2018. No details were given in court about their latest scam but the professional fraud couple have a track record for dishonesty.
