Harassment suspect banned from contacting MP
A disgruntled constituent has been barred from contacting his local MPs before he stands trial for sending a series of offensive and menacing messages, a court heard. Andy Coath, 47, allegedly sent public messages that were ‘grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character’ to Enfield Council and Edmonton Police Station in North London.
