Harvey Nicks shop assistant stole £118 t-shirt

A shop assistant who stole an £118 teeshirt from designer department store Harvey Nichols was spared jail. Anthony Bernard, 23, was caught out when a security guard was scanning through CCTV footage looking for evidence on an entirely separate offence.
