Hatton Garden heist masterminds ‘too ill’ to attend confiscation hearing

  Two of the masterminds behind the Hatton Garden gem heist were too ill to attend the start of their confiscation hearing today (mon). Brian Reader, 78, and Terry Perkins, 69, were absent from the start of the week-long hearing as prosecutors try to clawback some of the £25m stolen in the infamous raid. Judge Christopher Kinch QC could order substantial sums to be paid back by the five raiders, or hand the men hefty extensions to their jail sentences….
