Hit and run jogger barged man into Regent’s Canal

A runner barged a man into Regent’s Canal in front of his girfriend while out on his 30 minute jog, a court heard. Samuel Flowers, 39, shoved Matthew Wallace so hard he smashed his head on a boat and ended up under the water, Stratford Magistrates Court heard.
