Homeless man ‘left his house’ during lockdown
A homeless man will face trial for ‘leaving his house’ during lockdown – after a baffled judge said the charge makes no sense. Sultan Monsour, 45, was arrested at London’s Liverpool Street station on May 5 and charged with being ‘outside of the place where you were living, namely no fixed address’.
