A radiographer who cheated in exams and failed to spot a Down’s Syndrome baby had two holes in its heart insisted she would ‘never put the public in danger again.’ Catherine Birnie also wrongly told a patient her pregnancy had failed while working at Guernsey’s scandal-hit Princess Elizabeth Hospital.
