Hostage’s escape

A hostage escaped from his kidnappers when they fell asleep after beating him until he passed out, a court heard. Fattah Hussain, 25, was allegedly one of 10 men who dragged Abdul Kadir from his car and drove him from London to Nottingham on 27 February.
