‘I didn’t fit all the lethal pub lights’

An electrician accused of manslaughter after a seven-year-old boy was received massive shock in a pub garden has claimed he did not install all the lights which killed him. Harvey Tyrrell was killed by a shock of up to 230 volts when he sat on a wall lamp and touched a metal railing.
