Two brothers who made a fortune selling drivers illegal bio-diesel fuel which ruined their engines are behind bars. Dean Chapman, 43, and Darren Chapman, 50, illegally mixed kerosene with diesel and sold it as legitimate fuel from their petrol station Pulborough, West Sussex in a £3.4 million tax scam.
