Intruder avoided new £4.5m fence to break into the Houses of Parliament

An intruder who broke into the Houses of Parliament after climbing over a roof and slipping past armed guards has appeared in court. Devon Dorrall, 23, is said to have scaled the roof of the Parliamentary Education Centre  to get into the grounds on November 30 last year.
