An extremist who claimed he watched ISIS beheading videos out of ‘curiosity’ before downloading instructions on how to launch terrorist attacks was jailed for 32 months. Zakaria Yanaouri, 21, was found with five issues of Islamic State propaganda magazine ‘Rumiyah’ in dawn raids at his home in Congreve Road, Worthing, on 24 February.
