Islamic terrorist who murdered pensioner ‘tried to kill the prison imam’

A terrorist serving a life sentence for knifing a pensioner to death in the street tried to murder the prison imam, a court heard. Moroccan Ahmed Ali Alid, 47, tried to kill Roderic Vassie at HMP Full Sutton in Yorkshire on 8 August last year.
