  An arrogant Romanian fraudster who left a judge fearing he may never use a cash machine again was jailed for 11 years today (mon) for putting ‘two fingers up’ to the law. Alexandru Sovu, 39, designed ‘skimmers’ and ATM fronts which were sold to criminals in New York, Jamaica, Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand, Ghana and the Philippines, in a £3m scam.
