Jail for mortgage broker who preyed on poorest families

  A crooked mortgage broker who preyed on poor families desperate for a home loan was jailed for two years today (weds). Ali Hussain, 40, and Jamsahid Butt, 32, fleeced more than £38,000 from 16 customers trying to get a foot on the property ladder.
