  A patient who posted two ball bearing bombs through the letter box of his countryside surgery in a row about prescriptions was jailed for five years today (mon). Ozzie Welsh, 39, targeted the GP practice in the picturesque Norfolk village of Boughton using two devices made out of potassium nitrate, sulphur and aluminium powder.
