Japanese upskirter appears in court in a surgical mask

A wealthy Japanese commuter who crouched underneath a woman at a busy Tube station to take a picture of her knickers has escaped with a fine. Hiroshi Yuasa, 38, was ordered to remove a surgical mask he wore into court as magistrates who heard how he was caught with several ‘upskirt’ images and videos of women’s underwear on his mobile phone.
