Judge defies US request to extradite ‘webcam voyeur’

A judge has defied a request from the United States to extradite a British labourer who hacked into women’s webcams around the world. Christopher Taylor, 57, accessed 772 webcams from 39 different countries to watch women undressing and having sex from his home in Wigan, between August 2012 and July 2015.
