Killed under the wheels of a Tesco lorry

A brilliant PhD student was killed after her bicycle was dragged under the wheels of a Tesco lorry, a court heard. Romanian Daniel Pascan, 42, continued with his journey after Chuijiang Kong, 23, was crushed under his truck on Wood Lane, near the junction with the A40 Westway in Shepherd’s Bush.
