Knifeman admits random attack

A knifeman who stabbed a stranger in a random attack is facing years behind bars. Ducant Tampawo, 30, knifed Phillip Hurrell in an alleyway just off Ashanti Mews, in Hackney, east London on 24 March last year. Mr Hurrell told police he had never met his assailant before as he was rushed to hospital.
