Kuwaiti businessman behind doomed theme park ‘must stay bankrupt’

The businessman behind the doomed £3.5 billion theme park dubbed ‘Dartford Disneyland’ is  facing civil and criminal proceedings in Kuwait, the High Court heard. Dr Abdulla Al Humaidi, 39, launched the ill-fated attempt to build the amusement park in Kent in 2012 before the venture became mired in planning disputes.
