Algerian landlord was benefits crook shock

A landlord falsely claimed more than £54,000 in benefits while earning rent from a £380,000 property, a court heard. Mustapha Bennamane, 53, pocketed weekly Jobseekers Allowance payments for more than two years before getting his job as a black cab driver.
