Lawyers in court accused of fraud after £66m collapse of Axiom Ince

Five executives of a law firm including two solicitors have appeared in court on fraud charges after the £66m collapse of their company. Pragnesh Modhwadia, 41, and Shyam Mistry, 35, allegedly mishandled client’s money as co-directors of law firm Axiom Ince, which had offices in London, Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Leeds, Liverpool, and Manchester.
