Let-off for death blunder nurse

A psychiatric nurse who made a fatal drugs blunder when she mixed up her patients has been let off with a caution. Misodzi Gwenamo asked the vulnerable woman who she was and then gave her another patient’s anti-psychotic medication at The Berrywood Hospital in Duston, Northampton.
