Let off for pot-bellied crane supervisor who flashed girl from window

  A crane supervisor with a history of exposing himself was let off by a judge despite flashing a 14-year-old girl from his bedroom window. Luigi Pellegrino, 29, claimed he was just standing naked at his flat in North Street, Carshalton, Surrey.
